“We received no tickets, got the wrong times and when we followed instructions the bus service said that they had never heard of the company and have no affiliation with it. We therefore had to pay for everything all over again. It was my husband's birthday and we travelled all the way from Malta. I am still waiting for a refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had.”

“We reached the redemption point well ahead of time and there was no bus or anyone to guide us. When we enquired with the support team, they asked us to take the public transport to legoland which took almost 2 hours to reach. After we reached the legoland, we were told that the tickets should have been collected at the redemption point. We ended up buying new tickets to get entry into the legoland. I have been following up with the team regularly for a refund and there's radio silence. It was a harrowing experience and the day was spoilt. What was supposed to be an exciting trip turned out to be stressful.”

Entered at 12:00 Totally feed up and could not able to spend time over there.”
