Sightlines are a recurring concern, as upper seating can severely limit visibility, and some visitors found standing spots offered a surprisingly better view. Lengthy bilingual commentary and audience behaviour also drew criticism, leaving some feeling the experience fell short of its premium price.

“We booked standing because the rest was sold out but quite honestly I think our view was better than some of the seats I loved how the young horses came on first and the show gradually moved on through stages of the horses training to the finale. I actually shed a tear because it was so beautiful! Only downside was it was difficult to find the right entrance for our area. We ended up in 2 different wrong queues before we found the correct place. Better signposting would be good”
“The show was amazing. The performance of the riders and the horses was phenomenal. However 80€ is too much for a place this high in the room, with seats, when you sit you can't see anything so you have to lean over the edge or stand up. I understand the places are limited. For a better seat its an apropriate price, but not for this one... little dissapointed.”
