“We absolutely loved our DMZ tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Jackie the Storyteller! He was amazing from start to finish — super fun, incredibly kind, and full of positive energy. He made the whole experience so engaging and memorable. The tour itself was already fascinating, but Jackie really brought everything to life with the way he told the stories and explained the history. He has such a special way of making complex and emotional topics feel accessible, interesting, and deeply impactful, while still keeping the atmosphere enjoyable and relaxed. You can really tell he loves what he does, and that passion made all the difference. We learned so much and had such a great time throughout the day. He was not only informative and professional, but also warm, funny, and genuinely lovely to be around. This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We highly, highly recommend this tour — and if you get Jackie the Storyteller, you are very lucky! “Es war eine sehr informative Tagestour zur DMZ. Guide "Han" sprach für mich ein sehr gut verständliches Englisch (obwohl ich nur Sprachlevel B2 habe). Das Gespäch mit der nordkoreanischen Überläuferin erfolgte im Bus, während der Fahrt, was super war. Die Fahrzeit verging wie im Flug. Die Tour dauerte 8 Stunden und es war nie langweilig. Am Interessantesten fand ich das Observatorium mit den Ferngläsern auf dem Dach. "Han" hatte vorher ganz genau erklärt, was sich wo befand. Nun konnte man sich die Orte mittels Fernglas ganz genau selbst ansehen. Der Bus mit Lederausstattung und Klimaanlage war sehr gepflegt.”

“The tour itself was good, but the booking proccess wasn't very straightforward. Even though I was supposed to receive confirmation of the tickets 6 hours after the payment, 2 days later I haven't heard anything, so I had to contact them, thinking it might have been a scam! ( my first time with headout) Also, when you pay extra for hotel transfer, it's only TO the meeting point, not from it after the tour. This wasn't clear for me in the reservation. The guide, SP, was really good, the tour went very smoothly and it was really interesting, I recommend it 100%”
