“The guide never showed up-we were there 10 minutes early and waited at the n.4. pickup site for 25 minutes but the guide never showed. We then had to buy tickets to see the Duomo on our own without a guide. I expect a refund.”

“Contraté el tour a las 9.30h y hasta las 11.30h no llegó nadie!!! Esperaba que la guía hablase en español y a pesar de ser un grupo de tan sólo 5 personas dónde 3 eran de habla inglesa y 2 eramos de habla española, a penas habló en español. Por culpa del retraso mi recorrido del día se retrasó muchísimo no pudiendo acceder a la pinacoteca de Brera... Además de no visitar las terrazas del Doumo ya qye ka entrada con vosotros no las incluía y se nos hacía muy tarde ya. La peor experiencia que he tenido sin duda en mi vida contratando un tour guiado”
