“A la llegada, en hora, ya estaba allí la guía para darnos la entradas y una pequeña información de acceso. Salvo las colas, el acceso a la Cúpula, sin problema. La entrada en la Catedral y en la Torre la dejamos para la hora de comer, suponiendo, acertadamente, que habría menos gente. Entramos rápido y subimos bien a la Torre. El Baptisterio no tuvo problema.”

“Für uns lief es ganz schlecht, denn der Treffpunkt von Headout (siehe Foto) und dem lokalen Anbieter sind verschieden. Man kann beide Treffpunkte auch nicht gleichzeitig sehen. Wir standen schon eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt am Treffpunkt, den wir von Headout bekommen haben. Als es dann Abfahrtszeit war, war keine telefonische Hilfe in der Schnelle möglich-KI fragte uns ab und als wir dann endlich einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon hatten, war der Bus weg! :-(((((”

“Basically, this gets one easy access into the Cathedral and up the stairs to the dome...there's no guide or commentary. That was fine for us. The Cathedaral Museum is outstanding and they should stress how terrific that is...I'm sure it's an easy thing to lookover when the rest of Florence beckons. The ticket gives acces to the museum, so very helpful.”
