The class opens with a welcome aperitivo, including a tasting of premium Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar served with artisan bread, giving participants a grounding in Italian produce before the cooking begins. For anyone planning things to do in Milan that go beyond sightseeing, this format offers a practical and sociable introduction to the Italian kitchen.

During the session, participants prepare either fresh pasta or gnocchi from scratch under chef guidance, then finish with tiramisu. The class concludes with a family-style dinner at the table, bringing together everything made during the session. Tickets cover all ingredients for the main dish, Italian wine (red or white), water, the welcome aperitivo, the dinner, and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar workshop. The class is held at Via Tortona 19 and is not wheelchair accessible. Hotel transfers are not included. Cancellation is accepted before the scheduled timeslot.
