The 9/11 Museum Workshop Tour is a self-guided audio exhibition in New York City, located at 420 West 14th Street, that centres on the award-winning photography of Gary Marlon Suson, the official photographer at Ground Zero and the only photographer permitted during the nine-month recovery operation in 2001. Running approximately 90 minutes, the exhibition focuses not on the events of 11 September itself but on the months that followed, documenting the work of New York firefighters as they searched for the missing through the winter of 2001 and into 2002.

Visitors move through the collection using a BOSE audio guide, which provides narration for each photograph and artefact, supported by real sound effects and a video presentation. The experience is designed to be non-graphic and is considered suitable for children, with parents consistently rating it as family-appropriate. Guests also have the opportunity to handle authentic 9/11 artefacts during the visit. Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Tickets cover the full self-guided BOSE audio tour, the video presentation, and access to the artefact handling session. This exhibition operates separately from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum at Ground Zero and functions as a standalone presentation.
