The instructor (William) was hilarious, and he gave us all the tips for making croissants at home (spoiler: it’s harder than it looks, lol). I went solo and left with new friends, and a bag of croissants I totally devoured during the walk home. If you’re a nervous baker, don’t stress. They walk you through it.”
