Milan: Authentic Italian Cooking Class at Milan Food Tours

Milan: Authentic Italian Cooking Class is a three-hour hands-on cookery session held in a chef's loft in the heart of Milan, starting from Via Tortona 19. The class opens with a welcome aperitivo, including a tasting of premium Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar served with artisan bread, giving participants a grounding in Italian produce before cooking begins. Milan has a long tradition of regional Italian cuisine, and this session draws on that heritage with a focus on making dishes entirely from scratch.

During the class, guests prepare either fresh pasta or gnocchi as the main dish, working through each stage of the process under chef guidance. The session closes with the preparation of tiramisu. Tickets cover all ingredients for the main dish, a family-style dinner to enjoy the results, Italian wine (red or white), water, and the welcome aperitivo. The workshop and product tasting are included throughout. Note that the venue does not have wheelchair access, and hotel transfers are not included.
