“It was packed and I could not find a lounge seat to relax. It would have been more comfortable sitting at the gate for free. I had to sit on a high hat stool on a table. No way to rest. When you are doing a 30hrs commute with a 6hr layover not what you want. No options either for a massage or shower available that day too. Also very disappointed. And the food options were limited.”

“The venue was convenient for my ongoing flight and the shower area is excellent, however I am vegan and milk alternatives were not available and only butter as a vegetable spread would have been ideal otherwise good venue.”

Cheese, biscuits and fruit salad would have been appreciated. However, it helped us pass seven hours of layover time. A few reclining chairs for the sleep deprived would have been appreciated too.”
