Aðgangur að Pompei með hljóðleiðsögn at Naples

“NO fue especial. No hay en las ruinas una indicación clara del mejor orden a seguir. Eso hace que el recorrido sea desordenado, te pierdas cosas por distancia, te cansas innecesariamente. La señal es muy mala en el lugar lo que dificulta bajar la app y luego los contenidos. No fuimos informados de los extras que tenía nuestra entrada plus, no existía el bus de traslado ofrecido. Como salí a preguntar por los extras en informes no me dejaron volver a ingresar. Fue una experiencia bastante pobre, por no decir mala”

“En la llegada a la entrada no hubo ningún problema, todo correcto, pero las personas que te atienden te explican que la aplicación del audioguia de la empresa Headout NO funciona bien y te quieren vender unos mapas y un libro con un coste adicional de 16€. No lo compramos y usamos la aplicacion de la audioguia tal y como habíamos contratado inicialmente. Realmente no és muy funcional el audioguia, pero más o menos haces la visita correctamente.”

“Wir dachten wir kaufen Tickets und können einfach durch den Eingang. Falsch. Zuerst Voucher abholen, 4 Minuten Fußweg, retour, wurden noch immer nicht eingelassen, anstellen, umtauschen, dann erst rein gekommen. War sehr mühsam. Download von App hat ewig gedauert, Audioguide ebenso. Sehr unübersichtlich.”

“I pre-purchased tickets to Pompeii using Headout, and overall the service was great—easy to use and reliable. However, there’s one important detail that could be improved. The ticket collection information online is slightly misleading. It mentions a temporary collection point, but in reality, there isn’t one. Tickets are actually collected from a permanent information point located a few steps further down the street. This should definitely be clarified on the website to avoid confusion. That said, I had a positive experience thanks to the staff. While I was trying to call Headout to locate the temporary station, a representative from the “info” point approached me. He was friendly and helpful, and he directed me to the correct store. Inside, the staff were also very welcoming and efficient. The location itself is very convenient. Although it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the train station and the main Pompeii entrance, it’s an easy and pleasant walk. More importantly, it’s worth it because there’s a secondary entrance right next to the info point, which is much less crowded than the main entrance. After collecting your tickets, you can enter Pompeii almost immediately and skip the long queues. Overall, a very positive experience with just a small but important note for improvement.”

“Beide Standorte sind faszinierend und man sollte viel Zeit einplanen um sie zu besuchen. Herculaneum reichen 2-3 Stunden, für Pompeii einen ganzen Tag (6 Stunden)! Man kann dort überall Wasser auffüllen kostenfrei und die Bistro und Kaffeepreise sind erstaunlich günstig. Festes Schuhwerk. Und es ist wirklich NICHT für Fusslahme, Kinderwagen, Babys, Kleinkinder und Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Nachteile: die Tickets sind an einen bestimmten Eingang gebunden und man muss vorher nochmal in ein Touri Info Spot um sie in gedruckter Form zu bekommen. Dort kann man auch hervorragende passende Guides Bücher und Karten bekommen für Pompeii, kostet natürlich alles extra. Und viel zu wenig Toiletten in desolaten Zuständen.”

“Pas de problème pour entrer dans Pompéi. Notre soucis était plutôt lié au monde et à l'audio guide. Pompéi est immense, pas vraiment de plan et les explications de l'audio guide non pas de logique. Il serait plus simple de suivre un parcours et que les explications suivent ce parcours. Bref pas déçus de Pompéi mais de l'audio guide. Finalement il aurait été plus simple d'acheter un guide papier !”

“Blijf het een gedoe vinden dat ik met mijn ticket eerst naar een treinstation moet, daar een 'tegoedbon' krijg om vervolgens weer in de rij te gaan staan bij het park zelf. Het park zelf was top: schoon, duidelijk, overzichtelijk en niet te druk. De audiotour voegde niets toe.”

“Pompeii was absolutely amazing!! We ended up upgrading our tour from the self audio guide to a 2-hr guided tour. THAT is the way to go. Stella was a fabulous guide. She covered the major points of interest and then you can wander on your own. You can't see it all in one day. It's an amazing place.”

“Visite très intéressante de Pompéi, nous avons adoré. Nous avons pris les billets Pompéi Plus donnant accès à plus de lieux sur le site archéologique, dont la villa des mystères. Seul petit regret de notre côté, nous n'avons pas pu tout voir en une demi-journée, il faut vraiment prévoir une journée pour faire toute la visite du site archéologique.”

“La visita a Erculano estuvo espectacular... llegamos en el tren desde Napoles y caminamos hacia la entrada encantados , tomamos una audia guia y empezamos el recorrido con ella... y disfrutamos y aprendimos mucho... pero como ya estamos mayorcitos salimos tan cansados que no pudimos llegar hasta Pompeya- intentaremos ir otro dia ...”
