“Not for us, TeamLabs would definitely appeal to a family with kids aged 6-13. We potentially went at a bad time, but the space was extremely busy, which made it very hard to appreciate the art when the entire concept is getting lost in eternity or space. The installations are well made however, and there is value in seeing it. I would skip the premium tickets unless money isn't an issue however and just opt for the regular booking.”

“So we paid for Premium as these were the only tickets we could buy for our preferred date as didn't book far enough in advance. However after at first kicking myself I realised that as Team Planets is a bit further out it was great as meant we as a family could arrive leisurely and at anytime really helped as by the time we arrived in Tokyo we were tired! The day we went it was hot and so being able to go straight to front of the queue was brilliant. Team Planets its self is really good spent far longer there than expected. And was so so so much fun. Food was over priced so we walked to a great complex 8mins walk away next to the fish market and even had a free foot bath on the 8th floor with a great view. Totally recommmend Team Planets! Enjoy”

“TeamLab wasn’t just an exhibition it felt like stepping into a different reality. At some point, you stop being a visitor and become part of the art. The lights react to you, the space moves with you, and suddenly you’re not just looking… you’re inside it. Every room felt like a different emotion calm, chaos, curiosity, wonder all flowing together without borders. There’s something powerful about a place that makes you slow down, look deeper, and just be present. No distractions, no rush just you and the moment. It reminded me how easily we forget to feel things fully in our everyday lives… and how important it is to step into spaces that wake that part of you back up. Not just something you see something you experience.”

“Absolutely incredible sensory experience.. visually stunning.. textures were amazing and the hanging garden was breathtaking! Was not prepared for the water experience but only added to the overall experience. This exceeded all expectations.. I will be thoroughly recommending this to anyone and everyone!”

“TeamLabs was an absolute highlight for my family and I. Visually stunning and unlike anything we've been to before, my young kids got to experience art in a totally new and captivating way. The Skip The Line option was perfect for us with just one day to explore Tokyo, saved a very long queue during cherry blossom festival week.”

“So we bought these tickets with the only seller available, so the phrasing of "what made your visit with Headout special?" has been addressed to a captive audience. As for teamLab: Planets, the many rude and unruley tourists really made the experience challenging. The Americans were pushy and rude. The Europeans were in a rush. The South Asians had no concept of personal space or public decorum. It really felt like the worst of humanity was on display, and thus the real attraction. Perhaps fewer people overall would have allowed us to actually appreciate the exhibits, but that would cut into profit potential I suppose. What a sad, commercial mess.”
