À propos du lieu

À propos de ce lieu

Lightroom is a purpose-built immersive venue in King's Cross, London, designed from the ground up to host large-scale digital art and documentary experiences. Its vast, column-free interior is lined with floor-to-ceiling screens that wrap around and above visitors, creating a fully enveloping environment unlike a conventional gallery or cinema. The space opened to considerable attention with its debut David Hockney exhibition and has since established itself as one of London's most distinctive cultural destinations for immersive storytelling.

Currently showing is Prehistoric Planet: Discovering Dinosaurs, which brings the acclaimed Apple TV+ natural history series into Lightroom's signature 360-degree format. Produced in collaboration with the BBC Studios Natural History Unit and narrated by Sir David Attenborough, the experience uses the venue's extraordinary scale to place visitors inside scientifically grounded reconstructions of Cretaceous landscapes and the creatures that inhabited them. It is a rare opportunity to encounter prehistoric life rendered with the full force of Lightroom's immersive technology.
