Acerca de este lugar

Public Transport Rome connects the Italian capital's many districts, monuments, and surrounding towns through a network of buses, metro lines, trams, and regional rail services. The city's public transport infrastructure includes Termini, Rome's principal railway station, which serves as the main interchange between urban metro lines, regional trains, and intercity connections across Italy.

Among the most practical routes currently available is the express train link between Civitavecchia and Rome city centre. Civitavecchia is the principal cruise port serving Rome, situated roughly 80 kilometres north-west of the capital along the Tyrrhenian coast, and the rail connection offers a direct, efficient way to travel between the port and central Rome without the delays associated with road traffic. The journey follows the coastal and inland rail corridor into Termini, placing passengers within straightforward reach of the Colosseum, the Vatican, and the historic centre.
