Acerca de este lugar

Las Golondrinas is Barcelona's long-established harbour boat service, operating from the foot of the Columbus Monument at the Portal de la Pau. The name, meaning swallows in Spanish, has been associated with these short pleasure cruises since the late nineteenth century, making it one of the oldest tourist traditions in the city. The distinctive double-decker catamarans and traditional vessels carry passengers across the waters of the Port Vell and out towards the breakwater, offering unobstructed views of the Barcelona waterfront, Montjuic, and the city's skyline from the sea.

The sightseeing cruise currently on offer gives visitors a perspective on Barcelona that is impossible to find on land, tracing the edge of a port that has shaped the city's identity as a Mediterranean trading capital for centuries. Departures run from the historic Moll de les Drassanes, steps from the Gothic Quarter, placing the experience at the intersection of the old city and the open sea.
