Casa Batlló stands on the Passeig de Gràcia as one of Antoni Gaudí's most extraordinary works, redesigned between 1904 and 1906 for the industrialist Josep Batlló. Its facade, clad in shimmering mosaic tiles of blue, green, and violet, shifts in appearance as the light changes throughout the day, earning it the local nickname Casa dels Ossos, the House of Bones, for its skeletal balconies and undulating stone. The roof, shaped like the arched back of a dragon, is among the most recognisable silhouettes in Barcelona's skyline. The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognised as part of the Works of Antoni Gaudí.

Visitors today can explore the interior through timed entry and platinum all-inclusive experiences, moving through the Noble Floor, the attic, and the rooftop terrace. The venue also hosts evening concerts within its original rooms, and a combined fast-track tour with the nearby La Pedrera is available for those wishing to explore both of Gaudí's landmark buildings along the Passeig de Gràcia.
